Appointments & Bookings
Appointments must be booked in advance. A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Please ensure you arrive on time, as late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in loss of your deposit.
Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new appointment if sufficient notice is given.
Treatment Suitability
All clients must complete a consultation prior to treatment. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is not in the client’s best interest, if medical contraindications are present, or if the client is under 18 years of age.

Aftercare
